Across all 3 shifts, including volunteers, members of the 2nd Battalion conducted in-service training on RIT.

The drill was multi-faceted in the aspect that in addition to mitigating a mock MAYDAY, company level officers honed in crew resource management skills, while the Battalion Chiefs managed the MAYDAY from the command post.
