What is Dynamic Caller ID?

Dynamic Caller ID is the VoIP feature by which you can create local presence to display a local phone number to the caller when dialed. Let’s say you call from a traditional phone system. 3. Assign the Group to User extension (Under Advanced options)
4. Choose the group and caller ID Strategy you want to use.
5. Once you select the group, you will see another drop-down CallerID Strategy. Select the desired strategy and click on the update

What happens when customers return a call to the caller ID shown?

1. When setting up Dynamic Caller ID, one phone number can be designated as a main target number.
2. When the customer calls back on Caller ID number shown , the call can be redirected to the target phone number or main business phone number.
3. You also have option of selecting intelligent routing. The return call can also be routed to the last phone line that dialed the number within the previous seven days or target /main business phone number after 7 days.
